Chris Whitty confirms first cases of coronavirus in England

The Chief Medical Officer, Chris Whitty, confirms that two patients in England have tested positive for the new coronavirus. He says 'we have been preparing for UK cases of novel coronavirus and we have robust infection control measures in place to respond immediately'.
