Matt Hancock tells parliament that risk to the UK public from novel coronavirus is 'low'

In a statement to parliament, Health Secretary Matt Hancock says that the risk to the UK public from the novel coronavirus is 'low'. Anybody returning from Wuhan should now self-isolate for 14 days. Public Health England (PHE) is tracing people who have returned from Wuhan in the last 14 days. The Foreign Office is 'rapidly advancing measures' to return UK nationals from Hubei. Hancock says, 'I want to stress that the NHS remains well prepared.'
