Travel corridor exemptions for some countries and territories come into effect in England

Summary

Measures to ease COVID-19 travel measures and introduce travel corridor exemptions for some countries and territories come into effect. Anyone arriving in England from one of the included exemption countries does not have to self-isolate. This applies to all travel to England by train, ferry, coach, air or any other route. If a journey involves a transit stop in a country not on the list, the individual will need to self-isolate when arriving in England (eg if new passengers get on). Countries on the exemption list will be kept under review.
